Her Works

Clothes

​First and foremost major work of hers is the clothes she is wearing. Her clothes are the reflection of her precision and expertise in her field of work, thus it could be considered that she carries everyday the reflection of her proficiency and dexterity as a National Living Treasure. This is her traditional hand-woven clothes that matches the motif of Bagobo. She used to wear the skirts she creates, but switched it with her traditional clothes as the markets have become flooded with substandard-fabric skirts.

Abaca Skirt

Next, the Abaca Skirt which takes three to four months to create. The skirts of Bagobo the she crafts, in which sinukla and bandira are the two of the most common types until the market began to be flooded with cheap machine-made fabrics, are considered a top-quality by her buyers.

Binuwaya

Of the many designs she created, Binuwaya (crocodile) is her favorite and it is the hardest one to make. It requires intense levels of focus, precision, dexterity, and more than hard work to create one due to the intricacy of the Binuwaya design. This work of hers continuously speaks for her mastery of the craft.

Inabal

Other crafts of hers include Inabal weaving which was created from Abaca. It is a cloth of her own weaving that is dyed and takes inspiration from the Bagobo-Tagabawa motif.
